Emanuel was born in Colombia. He started his music studies with piano and guitar at the age of 9. 

  

He has been awarded several academic and professional prizes during his studies, including prizes in national and international guitar competitions. He moved to Germany in 2019 after getting his degree and he is now a Master of Music student in the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln. Emanuel has performed concerts in different theaters in Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Chile and Germany and has also played solo concerts with Colombian orchestras. 

 

Emanuel has been teaching guitar and music theory for several years, including experience in private teaching, music schools and university music programs. He has had the opportunity to teach students from a wide range of  ages and levels. He works right now as part of the teaching staff at the G. F. Handel Musc Academy.
